• What will I learn in this class?

    You will learn all of the necessary skills to make consistently delicious coffee, including our recommended pour over technique, how to dial in your grind, and how to build a pour over recipe tailored to your preferences.

  • Do I need to own a Blue Bottle Dripper to take this class?

    No. This class will give you a primer on brew theory and tips to assess the quality of your coffee, both of which are handy no matter the dripper you use. Our pour over technique was perfected on the Blue Bottle Dripper, but with a few adjustments, it can be successfully applied to other drippers.
